Our goal is to offer customers convenience, flexibility, variety and a lifestyle solution when signing up to a meal plan. With a few taps, you can easily discover, subscribe and manage your meal plans.
Yes! We offer multiple subscription options, from 1 week up to 8 weeks, allowing you to be flexible with your choices.
MealPlanet is designed for everyone! Whether you have fitness goals, dietary restrictions, a busy lifestyle or you simply want clean, wholesome food, MealPlanet has all your needs covered.
Currently, we deliver to most locations within the UAE. Please note that the delivery area may vary depending on the brand or the meal plan you select.
You can select any date as your first delivery date as early as 3 days from today.
Sure, you can! You can browse and select your menu for the first 3 days of your subscription. If your starting date is later in the future, a menu may not be available before checkout.
We’ve got you! You can select up to 3 ingredients you want to avoid in your meal plan subscriptions. These can be selected in “Dietary Preferences” under Settings within the app. You can also choose from specialized meal plans that have been built for specific dietary requirements, such as gluten-free, lactose-free, etc.
We understand, it happens! Each one of us at MealPlanet has a preference too. You can easily reach out to our Help Centre and provide us with your feedback.
You can modify your menu selection at any time, as long as it’s at least 2 days prior to the delivery date.
At the moment, you can’t cancel subscriptions. If you are trying a plan for the first time, we recommend you subscribe for a shorter subscription period.
The bag deposit is a refundable, one-time charge when you subscribe to a meal plan. We will refund the amount back to your MealPlanet wallet once you initiate the process to return your last bag(s) on the app. You can use this money for your next subscriptions.
You can find your wallet in your Profile on the app. Your bag deposit refund will be issued to your wallet and you can use it for future purchases.
MealPlanet does not charge any delivery fees.
Of course. You can select the delivery time slot that suits you best.
